Geotech is happy to provide free demonstrations to our clients and potential clients with Webex, a Pay-per-use service.  For more information, visit www.webex.com.

Call Geotech toll-free at 877-740-1999 to schedule a Webex demo.  Then follow the instructions below:

The following are instructions on how to start and run Webex, and how to do a meeting in it.  To open Webex, type in the URL www.webex.com. The first screen that you will see is the home page.  In the upper right hand corner of the screen, you will see three options.  On the picture below, They are circled in red.  Click on  “Attend a meeting".

Webex will ask you for your meeting number.  The Geotech sales representative who you have spoken with should have this number ready for you.  Webex will also ask you for some other info.  Fill this out while on the phone with Geotech.  It is important that the info we put in and the info you put in matches.

When you are done with your meeting close Webex.  On the top right-hand menu bar, click on “file”, “End Meeting”.      If you get lost, you can call tech support and they are very good at helping walk you through the problem(s) that you are having.  The number to their customer support is 1-877-509-3239.
